By including Old Vine Zinfandel into the mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Sirah, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot it gives a depth of flavors of caramelized Bing cherry jubilee, licorice and ripe raspberry which linger harmoniously for a smooth and luscious finish.
